Kamanie Udugampola was born on November 01st November 1944 in Sri Lanka.Educated at Visaka Vidyalaya Colombo, Sri Lanka.Her Mother ,Charlotte Sirisena, was a teacher and Father was Deputy Editor in Lankadeepa in 1975-1985.She was married to Vernon Udugampola for forty years.
Kamanie Passed away on 15th January 2015 and cremated on 17th January 2015
at Henden crematorium.Her ashes interned at the same cemetery.
